Dette er en salat, der er et helt m\u00e5ltid i sig selv. Den er is\u00e6r god til frokost. Retten er ogs\u00e5 relativt hurtig at lave. Det tager ca. 20 minutter, og hvis du laver en stor portion som denne her, kan du gl\u00e6de mange maver, eller bare din egen flere gange.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300 ml. quinoa<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">600 ml. vand<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">150 gr. gr\u00f8nne b\u00f8nner<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">150 gr. broccoli<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 stk. avocado<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5 spsk. ekstra jomfru olivenolie<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Stor h\u00e5ndfuld mynteblade<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Stor h\u00e5ndfuld basilikum<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Stor h\u00e5ndfuld citronmelisse<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Et drys med urtesalt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Start med at s\u00e6t quinoaen over sammen med vandet. N\u00e5r det koger, skruer du ned p\u00e5 lav varme, og lader det sm\u00e5koge i ca. 15 minutter, eller indtil der ikke er mere vand tilbage.<\/li>\n<li>Imens vasker du b\u00f8nner og broccoli. Halver s\u00e5 b\u00f8nnerne og husk at sk\u00e6r den ene ende af, hvor der nok stadig sidder en lille stilk. Sk\u00e6r ogs\u00e5 broccolien i sm\u00e5 stykker og put b\u00e5de den og b\u00f8nnerne i vand i en gryde. N\u00e5r vandet koger, skruer du ned p\u00e5 lav varme, og lader det sm\u00e5koge i ca. 7-10 minutter, alt efter hvor kogt du vil have gr\u00f8ntsagerne.<\/li>\n<li>Imens det koger, kan du g\u00f8re dressingen klar. Vask de friske krydderurter og hak dem grundigt.
