Fermentering er faktisk en videreudvikling af at sylte, som du med garanti kender fra din farmor&#8217;s k\u00f8kken. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Der er nemlig et hav af goder ved fermentering, der f\u00e5r din mad til at holde l\u00e6ngere, og s\u00e5 smager fermenteret mad ogs\u00e5 godt. Denne proces g\u00f8r f\u00f8devarerne nemmere at ford\u00f8je \u2013 og s\u00e5 \u00f8ges deres holdbarhed markant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Fermentering hittede i 1300-tallet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"blog-picture\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/magasin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/sauerkrauttt.jpg\" alt=\"Sauerkraut\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"\/><\/a><\/div>\nSom n\u00e6vnt tidligere er fermentering faktisk ikke et nyt f\u00e6nomen, det er \u00e9n af de \u00e6ldste m\u00e5der at konservere mad p\u00e5. Kineserne skrev om teknikken i gamle b\u00f8ger, og i 1300 tallet introducerede Djengis Khan, fermenteret k\u00e5l, ogs\u00e5 kendt som sauerkraut, til Europ\u00e6erne. Kefir <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\nKefir er en fermenteret m\u00e6lkedrik der stammer fra de persiske egne, og har en let saltet, boblende og syrlig smag. \nKefiren indeholder forskellige typer m\u00e6lkesyrerebakterier og g\u00e6rsvampe, som g\u00e6rer m\u00e6lkesukker. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em> Kefir kan k\u00f8bes i de fleste dagligvarebutikker, og findes ofte med forskellige smage. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span id=\"2_Kimchi\">2. Kimchi <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"blog-picture\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/magasin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/kimchii.jpg\" alt=\"kimchi\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"\/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>\nKimchi er en koreansk specialitet, og minder p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5der om den tyske sauerkraut. Dog er kimchi oftest st\u00e6rk, og chili er en vigtig ingrediens i den fermenterede kinak\u00e5l. Kombucha <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p> Kombucha er en fermenteret, sprudlende, syrlig g\u00e6ret te, som har et h\u00f8jt indhold af forskellige bakterie- og g\u00e6rkulturer ogs\u00e5 kaldet SCOBY. Hygiejne <\/strong><br> Den vigtigste huskeregel, n\u00e5r du fermenterer, er at holde en rigtig god hygiejne. N\u00e5r du fermenterer, s\u00e5 handler det om at f\u00e5 bakterierne til at g\u00f8re arbejdet. Problemet opst\u00e5r, hvis omgivelserne ikke er rene, og andre bakterier kommer i kontakt med r\u00e5varerne.
