Laks er er en super sund fisk, som indeholder gode proteiner og sunde fedtstoffer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ca. 700 gram laks med skin<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 h\u00e5ndfuld <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/mandler-816c1.html\" class=\"local-link\">mandler<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsk. salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2-3 spsk. olivenolie<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Krydderi, her er anvendt wasabi &amp; sesame krydderi fra Santa Maria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Vask laksen og l\u00e6g den i et ildfast fad med skin siden nedad.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld olivenolie over laksen og kom herefter salt og det \u00f8nskede krydderi p\u00e5 &#8211; hvis man ikke har wasabi % sesame krydderi, kan man anvende peber og oregano.<\/li>\n<li>Hak mandlerne fint, evt. i en minihakker og kom dem ovenp\u00e5 laksen.<\/li>\n<li>Bag laksen i ovnen i 30 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Her er en opskrift p\u00e5 en l\u00e6kker m\u00e5de at tilberede din laks p\u00e5.
