En meatza er er pizza, hvor pizzabunden er lavet af k\u00f8d. Jeg har pr\u00f8vet at lave en meatza en enkelt gang f\u00f8r, hvor jeg fulgte opskriften slavisk. I den oprindelige opskrift og ligende low carb opskrifter undg\u00e5r man mel fuldst\u00e6ndigt ved at bruge loppefr\u00f8skaller i k\u00f8dfarsen og til at j\u00e6vne tomatsovsen. Resultatet var en b\u00f8f, der smuldrede fra hinanden og havde virkelig underlig konsistens. Jeg kunne n\u00e6sten ikke spise det, for jeg kunne hele tiden m\u00e6rke min hjernes forvirring; det skulle v\u00e6re k\u00f8d, men konsistenen var helt forkert! Jeg kunne n\u00e6sten ikke spise det. Denne gang har jeg brugt mel til at f\u00e5 farsen til at h\u00e6nge sammen og til at j\u00e6vne tomatsovsen. Men det er da under alle omst\u00e6ndigheder f\u00e6rre kulhydrater end hvis der var en pizzabund af dej. Denne version smagte imponerende godt! Det smagte hammer godt!!!Bagefter f\u00f8lte jeg mig slet ikke s\u00e5 tung i maven, som n\u00e5r jeg har spist en almindelig pizza. Jeg satte den enda p\u00e5 grill. Hvis du ikke har en bagesten, ville jeg i stedet stege bunden p\u00e5 en pande f\u00f8r fyldet kommes p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Gr\u00f8ntsagsfyld: Gr\u00f8ntsagerne steges i olie p\u00e5 en pande. Efter et par minutter tils\u00e6t da salt og timian. Lad blandingen stege videre til den er faldet godt sammen, gerne under l\u00e5g. Bagefter tages l\u00e5get af, og overskyende v\u00e6ske h\u00e6ldes fra. Stil til side uden l\u00e5g over, s\u00e5 resten af v\u00e6sken kan fordampe.<\/li>\n<li>Tomatsovs: Tomatd\u00e5sens indhold h\u00e6ldes i en lille gryde. Bouillonterningen smuldres i og hvidl\u00f8get kommes i. Lad det simre i 10 minutter. Jeg j\u00e6vnede det ved at drysse melet direkte i gryden og r\u00f8re grundigt rundt med et piskeris. Dovenskab l\u00e6nge leve!<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f8dbunden: Alle ingredienser til k\u00f8dbunden blandes godt sammen. Del farsen i 4 dele. Hver del trykkes flad mellem to stykker bagepapir. Fjern det \u00f8verste stykke bagepapir. Skru ovnens temperatur ned til 250 og s\u00f8rg for at den ikke l\u00e6ngere st\u00e5r p\u00e5 grill.<\/li>\n<li>Herefter fordeles fyldet p\u00e5 k\u00f8det. Tomatsovs, gr\u00f8ntsagsfyld, parmaskinke og til sidst ost.<\/li>\n<li>Jeg bager meatzaerne i ca 10 minutter til osten er smeltet og er blevet gylden. Pizzastenen vil s\u00f8rge for at k\u00f8dbunden bliver stegt nedefra. Serv\u00e9r meatzaen med en god salat og dressing.
