Det viste sig at fungere meget godt. Budding er desuden ikke s\u00e5 fed som den originale cr\u00e9me til denne dessert og s\u00e5 er det super nemt at lave:-).<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"font: \/normal 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; text-align: justify; color: #000000; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; clear: both;\">Til den pose vaniljebudding, som jeg brugte, skulle der bruges 100 g sukker og 1 liter letm\u00e6lk. F\u00f8lg anvisningen p\u00e5 pakken. Men varm det op i lidt l\u00e6ngere tid end det, der st\u00e5r, for buddingen skal begynde at tykne, f\u00f8r den h\u00e6ldes op i formene. Der kom 8 portioner ud af det. Det skal laves et par timer f\u00f8r, det skal serveres, men jeg lavede det dagen f\u00f8r vores g\u00e6ster skulle komme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"font: \/normal 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; text-align: justify; color: #000000; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; clear: both;\">N\u00e5r det skal serveres, v\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at der vil v\u00e6re lidt v\u00e6ske, der skal h\u00e6ldes ud.<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"font: \/normal 'Times New Roman'; margin: 0px; text-align: justify; color: #000000; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; clear: both;\">T\u00f8r overfladen af cr\u00e9men med k\u00f8kkenrulle f\u00f8r du drysser sukker p\u00e5. Sukkeres skal derp\u00e5 smeltes med en bunsenbr\u00e6nder. Serv\u00e9r gerne frisk frugt til, gerne noget syrligt.
