Jeg har l\u00e6st p\u00e5 nettet, og jeg fandt ud af, at man kan lave risengr\u00f8d i ovnen. Der var forskellige bud p\u00e5 temperatur og bagetid. Jeg valgte at g\u00f8re det p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de:<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser til 4 prs.<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200g gr\u00f8dris<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 dl vand<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 liter m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">OBS! Hvis risengr\u00f8den skal bruges til Ris ala Mande kan den tils\u00e6ttes korn fra en stang vanilje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e6nd ovnen og s\u00e6t den p\u00e5 200 grader<\/li>\n<li>Kog gr\u00f8drisen sammen med vandet i 2-3 minutter.Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lken og bring gr\u00f8den i kog under hyppig omr\u00f8ring. N\u00e5r m\u00e6lken har n\u00e5et kogepunktet h\u00e6ldes det hele op i en stegeso med l\u00e5g.<\/li>\n<li>Jeg lagde f\u00f8rst staniol over f\u00f8r jeg lagde l\u00e5get p\u00e5. Det gjorde jeg for at lukke det endnu bedre af. Jeg ville starte med at give det en halv time f\u00f8rst, men da den halve time var g\u00e5et, var gr\u00f8den helt perfekt og beh\u00f8vede ikke mere tid i ovnen. Den havde perfekt konsistens!<\/li>\n<li>Til sidst manglede den bare at blive smagt til med salt.
