Gode ingredienser = et sundt br\u00f8d.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">150 gram skyr<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250 gram revet gulerod<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2,5 dl k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsk. natron<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsk. salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">75 gram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/funkisfood-havregryn-glutenfri-o.html\" class=\"local-link\">havregryn<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 gram groft rugmel<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">25 gram maltmel<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1-2 tsk. stevia dryslet<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 gram blandede kerner fx solsikke, h\u00f8rfr\u00f8, gr\u00e6skar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">50 gram fuldkornsmajsmel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>T\u00e6nd oven og s\u00e6t den p\u00e5 175 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Riv guler\u00f8dderne groft.<\/li>\n<li>Bland guler\u00f8dderne med skyr og herefter k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lken.<\/li>\n<li>Bland herefter de resterende ingredienser i lidt efter lidt s\u00e5 de ikke klumper.<\/li>\n<li>Fyld dejen i en rugbr\u00f8dsform (sm\u00f8r evt. formen med lidt olivenolie).<\/li>\n<li>Bag br\u00f8det midt i ovnen i godt 1 time og 15 minutter, hold dog \u00f8je med det undervejs. Brug evt. en strikkepind til at m\u00e6rke efter om br\u00f8det er nok.
