M\/L<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 spsk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/urtekram-havregryn-glutenfri-o-700-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">glutenfri havregryn<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 r\u00f8d chili<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt og peber<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 squash<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5 radiser<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 spsk. gr\u00f8n \u00f8kologisk pesto<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">30 gram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/biogan-pinjekerner-sibiriske-o-75-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">pinjekerner<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>F\u00f8rst hakker du persille og chili og blander det sammen med farsen.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t s\u00e5 salt og peber, havregryn, \u00e6g, basilikum og oregano og r\u00f8r godt rundt.<\/li>\n<li>Form nu farsen til 10 sm\u00e5 k\u00f8dboller og steg dem p\u00e5 panden i lidt oliven olie.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r nu squash i tynde strimler, eller brug din spiralizer hvis du har en, s\u00e5 det bliver til spaghetti, l\u00e6g dem s\u00e5 i en sk\u00e5l med salt.<\/li>\n<li>Nu skal du igang med at snitte radiser fint og riste pinjekerner ved svag varme p\u00e5 panden.<\/li>\n<li>Lige inden servering h\u00e6lder du kogende vand i sk\u00e5len med squash, i 5 minutter og sier vandet fra.
