I sidste uge stod jeg med et smukt blomk\u00e5l, og jeg t\u00e6nkte, at den har fortjent en bedre sk\u00e6bne. Her fik jeg id\u00e9en med at lave mine egne gr\u00f8ntsagsposer, som jeg fryser. Den ene poses indhold blev med det samme anvendt til at lave en portion gr\u00f8ntsagssovs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Forskellige gr\u00f8ntsager &#8211; L\u00f8g og guler\u00f8dder er altid en god base og s\u00e5 er det kun fantasien, der s\u00e6tter gr\u00e6nser<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Vand<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Bouillonterning<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Persille<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Maizena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ud over blomk\u00e5len havde jeg 1 1\/2 squash, 3 for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g, 2 l\u00f8g, guler\u00f8dder og en pose frosne edamame b\u00f8nner. Der kan snildt bruges en masse andre gr\u00f8ntsager som for eksempel b\u00f8nner, broccoli, porrer, spidsk\u00e5l, hvidk\u00e5l og peberfrugter.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Blomk\u00e5len deles i sm\u00e5 buketter. Hvis du har en blomk\u00e5l, der stadig har de gr\u00f8nne blade p\u00e5, s\u00e5 smid dem endelig ikke ud! Med en lille kniv sk\u00e6r de tykke st\u00e6ngler fri for bladene, og s\u00e5 kan de fint snittes med til sovsen. De smager utroligt godt. De resterende gr\u00f8ntsager vaskes\/skr\u00e6lles og sk\u00e6res ud i sm\u00e5 stykker.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jeg fordelte gr\u00f8ntsagerne i 4 poser, den ene blev anvendt med det samme, de andre kom i fryseren. S\u00e5 er det jo super nemt at tage posen ud ad fryseren om morgenen, og den er t\u00f8et op til om aftenen, n\u00e5r maden skal laves. Smart og l\u00e6kkert! Nul spild af mad:-)<\/li>\n<li>Tilbage til gr\u00f8ntsagssovsen&#8230;Kom lidt olie i en gryde og svits gr\u00f8ntsagerne kort her i. H\u00e6ld vand p\u00e5 til det d\u00e6kker gr\u00f8ntsagerne. Brug 1 bouillonterning per 1\/2 liter vand. Du kan smage retten til med timian eller rosmarin. Hvis du har persille, s\u00e5 kom en god h\u00e5ndfuld hakket persille i.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e6g l\u00e5g p\u00e5 og lad retten simre til gr\u00f8ntsagerne er m\u00f8re men stadig har lidt bid. Smag til med salt eller mere bouillon.<\/li>\n<li>Til sidst j\u00e6vnes sovsen med den n\u00f8dvendige m\u00e6ngde Maizena r\u00f8rt ud i koldt vand. Resultatet er et produkt, som fungerer b\u00e5de som sovs men ogs\u00e5 som gr\u00f8ntsagstilbeh\u00f8r. Hvis der er blevet et par kartofler til overs fra aftensmaden dagen f\u00f8r, kan de kommes i til sidst s\u00e5 de kan blive varmet. Slut med gr\u00f8ntsager, der skal smides ud!
