V\u00e6lg den hvide quinoa, hvis du vil have en blid smag, eller pr\u00f8v at lave salaten p\u00e5 enten r\u00f8d eller sort quinoa for andre, mere n\u00f8ddeagtige smage.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 g hvid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/quinoa-758c1.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"local-link\">quinoa<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200 g champignon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 porre<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 r\u00f8d peberfrugt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 g frisk spinat<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt og peber<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 dl bouillon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Skyl quinoa under kold vand.<\/li>\n<li>Bring bouillon i kog i en gryde og lad quinoa sm\u00e5koge ved svag varme i 15-20 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Efter kogning h\u00e6ldes bouillon fra, og quinoa stilles til at hvile i 5 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r i mellemtiden gr\u00f8ntsagerne i stykker.<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9r porre kortvarigt p\u00e5 en pande og tils\u00e6t herefter champignon samt hvidl\u00f8g og lad det riste i omkring 10 minutter, s\u00e5 de afvandes.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r champignon og porre er ristet, tils\u00e6t da peberfrugt, spinat og quinoa p\u00e5 panden.<\/li>\n<li>Bland ingredienserne sammen og lad retten varme igennem i f\u00e5 minutter, indtil spinaten falder sammen.<\/li>\n<li>Krydr blandingen efter smag med salt og peber og eventuelt andet krydderi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Quinoa indeholder blandt andet masser fibre og proteiner og er derfor god til at bringe m\u00e6thed og fylde i en ret.
