Endvidere er det en god ide at v\u00e6lge magert k\u00f8d s\u00e5som kylling eller kalkun. Ellers er det bare at v\u00e6lge dine favorit gr\u00f8ntsager og voil\u00e0 du har en super l\u00e6kker frokost eller aftensmad. Fordel dem p\u00e5 t\u00e6rtebunden sammen med kyllingen.<\/li>\n<li>Sm\u00f8r t\u00e6rtekanten med pesto.<\/li>\n<li>Pisk \u00e6g og m\u00e6lk sammen&nbsp;med salt og peber.
