Fyld\u00a0dem med lige hvad du har lyst til.<\/p>\n<p>Opskrift til 4 personer:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>2 dl m\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<li>4 spsk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/hvidt-mel-glutenfri-9627p.html\" class=\"local-link\">hvedemel<\/a> eller fuldkornsmel<\/li>\n<li>1 dl frisk spinat (du kan ogs\u00e5 bruge opt\u00f8et spinat, men s\u00f8rg for at f\u00e5 h\u00e6ldt v\u00e6sken fra)<\/li>\n<li>Salt og peber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fyld:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Her kan du variere efter hvad du har i k\u00f8leskabet eller hvad du har lyst til, men pr\u00f8v f.eks.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fisk (tun, laks, varmr\u00f8get laks, koldr\u00f8get laks mv.)<\/li>\n<li>Salat (pr\u00f8v f.eks. en salatblanding)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/pesto-groen-oe-7397p.html\" class=\"local-link\">Pesto<\/a> eller cremefraiche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pisk \u00e6ggene sammen og hak den friske spinat groft. Tilf\u00f8j melet, m\u00e6lken, spinat, salt og peber i \u00e6ggeblandingen og r\u00f8r det hele sammen.<\/p>\n<p>Varm en pande op med sm\u00f8r og h\u00e6ld 1\/4 af \u00e6ggeblandingen p\u00e5 panden. Lad det s\u00e6tte sig og skru herefter ned p\u00e5 lav varme og l\u00e6g et stykke staniol henover panden.
