Sk\u00e6r et par skiver og serv\u00e9r med sm\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 modne bananer (ca. 300 gram)<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/biogan-kokosolie-koldpresset-jomfruolie-o-400-ml.html\" class=\"local-link\">kokosolie<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/vaniljepulver-oe-10-8503p.html\" class=\"local-link\">vaniljepulver<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/urtekram-bagepulver-o-80-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">bagepulver<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 tsk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/urtekram-kanel-stodt-o-100-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">kanel<\/a><\/li>\n<li>50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/valnoedder-oe-200-5653p.html\" class=\"local-link\">valn\u00f8dder<\/a> eller andre n\u00f8dder<\/li>\n<li>150 g glutenfri fuldkornsmel, evt. majsmel<\/li>\n<li>50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/vivani-ekstra-mork-chokolade-92-kakao-o-100-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Evt. lidt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/blomster-honning-flydende-o-500-gr.html\" class=\"local-link\">honning<\/a> eller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/sukrin-sodemiddel-500-g.html\" class=\"local-link\">sukrin<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Lidt salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mos bananerne og smelt kokosolien. Bland de to ting sammen og tilf\u00f8j \u00e6ggene og evt. sukrin\/honning. Bland nu bagepulver, mel, salt, vaniljepulver samt kanel i massen og r\u00f8r godt.
