Hvis man er lidt sulten eller bare har lyst til noget s\u00f8dt, er disse cookies ideelle. De er tilsat godt med havregryn for at m\u00e6tte samt sunde fedtstoffer fra kokosmelet. Til at stille den s\u00f8de tand er der tilsat chokolade. Velbekomme :)<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>100 g havregryn (evt. glutenfri)<\/li>\n<li>1 stort \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>40 g. fint kokosmel<\/li>\n<li>30 g. <a title=\"sukrin gold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/sukrin-gold-brunt-sukker-500g.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"local-link\">sukrin gold<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk. <a title=\"vaniljepulver\" href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/vaniljepulver-oe-10-8503p.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"local-link\">vaniljepulver<\/a><\/li>\n<li>2 tsk. bagepulver<\/li>\n<li>15 g. groft kokosmel<\/li>\n<li>30 g. olivenolie (rapsolie kan sikkert ogs\u00e5 bruges)<\/li>\n<li>25 g. grofthakket m\u00f8rkt chokolade (70-85%), tils\u00e6t mere hvis man vil (evt. <a title=\"sukkerfrit chokolade m. stevia\" href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/cavalier-chokoladeplader-mork-85.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"local-link\">sukkerfrit chokolade m. stevia),<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>R\u00f8r sukrin, olie, vaniljepulver, bagepulver og \u00e6g sammen i en sk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t herefter havregryn, kokosmel (fint og groft) og det groft hakket chokolade og r\u00f8r det godt sammen<\/li>\n<li>Dejen h\u00e6nger ikke s\u00e5 godt sammen (smuldrer lidt), men skal samles formes til 8-10 cookies med h\u00e6nderne, og placeres p\u00e5 en bageplade bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir.<\/li>\n<li>Bages herefter i ovnen ved 175-180 grader indtil de bliver lidt gyldne og mere faste<\/li>\n<li>Tages ud og k\u00f8les af f\u00f8r servering (k\u00f8l dem evt. af i k\u00f8leskabet)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeg havde lyst til at bage nogle cookies med chokolade og pr\u00f8vede mig frem til disse.
