Du kan b\u00e5de bruge friske bl\u00e5b\u00e6r eller frosne. Hvis du bruger frosne, s\u00e5 husk ikke at t\u00f8 dem op inden. De vil afgive lidt vand som kan g\u00f8re dine muffins en smule lilla. Smagen \u00e6ndrer sig dog ikke.<\/p>\n<p>Der er ikke benyttet nogen form for vegetabilsk olie eller sm\u00f8r, kun almindelig gr\u00e6sk yoghurt, havre og \u00e6blemos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredienser til 10-12 bl\u00e5b\u00e6rmuffins:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>240 g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/aeblemos-biodynamisk-o.html\" class=\"local-link\">\u00e6blemos uden klumper<\/a> &#8211; gerne stuetemperatur<\/li>\n<li>140 g. almindelig gr\u00e6sk yoghurt (0%, 1%, eller 2%)<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. ren vanilje ekstrakt<\/li>\n<li>80 gram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/coconut-palm-sugar-kokos-palmesukker-o-500-gr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"local-link\">kokos palmesukker\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0(kan erstattes af brun sukker)<\/li>\n<li>225 g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/urtekram-havregryn-glutenfri-o-700-gr.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"local-link\">glutenfri havregryn<\/a> (eller alm. hvis gluten ikke er et problem)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/biogan-bagepulver-o-100-g.html\" class=\"local-link\">bagepulver<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/natron-6925p.html\" class=\"local-link\">natron<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsk. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/himalaya-salt-fin-8329p.html\" class=\"local-link\">salt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>140 gram frisk (eller frosne) bl\u00e5b\u00e6r<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk. (6 gram) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/majsstivelse-oe-300-3661p.html\" class=\"local-link\">majsstivelse<\/a> (g\u00f8r at bl\u00e5b\u00e6rerne ikke falder ned i bunden af hver muffins)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Start med at t\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 190 grader. Sm\u00f8r en muffin form eller g\u00f8r papir muffinsforme klar.<\/p>\n<p>Placer\u00a0\u00e6blemos, gr\u00e6sk yoghurt, \u00e6g, vanilje, sukker, havregryn, bagepulver, natron og salt sammen i den n\u00e6vnte r\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge\u00a0og pisk det sammen. Herefter tilf\u00f8jer du cirka 110 gram bl\u00e5b\u00e6r sammen med majsstivelsen. \u00a0R\u00f8r forsigtigt s\u00e5 b\u00e6rerne ikke \u00f8del\u00e6gges.<\/p>\n<p>Dejen fordeles j\u00e6vnt i de klargjorte muffinsforme. De resterende bl\u00e5b\u00e6r\u00a0fordeles p\u00e5 toppen \u00a0&#8211; tryg dem forsigtigt lidt ned i dejen.<\/p>\n<p>Placer midt i ovnen. Bages i cirka 18 minutter.
