Et tip kunne v\u00e6re at lave dobbelt portion og smide den ene portion i fryseren. Det er jo aldrig nogen d\u00e5rlig ide at have en n\u00f8dhj\u00e6lp i fryseren.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Ingredienser\">Ingredienser:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span id=\"Grov_taertedej\">Grov t\u00e6rtedej:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl fuldkornshvedemel eller grahamsmel<\/li>\n<li>2 dl hvedemel <\/li>\n<li>1 dl A38 (eller et andet syrnet m\u00e6lkeprodukt)<\/li>\n<li>0.5 dl olie (gerne olivenolie)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsk salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span id=\"Fyld\">Fyld:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>500g. Helbladet frossen spinat (gerne i kugler)<\/li>\n<li>200g. Champignon (kan udelades)<\/li>\n<li>250g. Hytteost  1,5% fedt<\/li>\n<li>150g. Mozzarella <\/li>\n<li>3-4 store \u00e6g <\/li>\n<li>1 gr\u00f8ntsags bouillon <\/li>\n<li>Salt og peber <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"read-more\">L\u00e6s ogs\u00e5: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/magasin\/c-vitamin-vaerd-vide\/\" class=\"local-link\">C-vitamin &#8211; alt der er v\u00e6rd at vide<\/a><\/div>\n<h3><span id=\"Saadan_laver_du_din_taerte\">S\u00e5dan laver du din t\u00e6rte:<\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span id=\"Taertedejen_15_minutter\">T\u00e6rtedejen: 15 minutter<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<ol>1.\tT\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 175 C. <\/ol>\n<ol>2.\tR\u00f8r alle ingredienser til dejen sammen. Dejen m\u00e5 gerne v\u00e6re en smule klistret, men ikke for meget. <\/ol>\n<ol>3.\tSm\u00f8r en t\u00e6rteform med olie eller margarine eller brug noget bagepapir. <\/ol>\n<ol>4.\tPres din dej ud i t\u00e6rteformen med fingrene \u2013 den skal ikke rulles ud \u2013 og prik huller i dejen med en gaffel. <\/ol>\n<ol>5.\tBag den i ovnen i ca. 10 minutter <\/ol>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span id=\"Fyldet_10_minutter\">Fyldet: 10 minutter<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<ol>1.\tMens t\u00e6rten er i ovnen, kan du lave dit fyld.<\/ol>\n<ol>2.\tOpt\u00f8 spinaten ved mellemh\u00f8j varme p\u00e5 komfuret. N\u00e5r det n\u00e6sten er opt\u00f8et, tils\u00e6t  da en gr\u00f8ntsags bouillon for at tils\u00e6tte smag. <\/ol>\n<ol>3.\tTag gryden af varmen, og tils\u00e6t champignon, hytteost og \u00e6g. R\u00f8r rundt, s\u00e5 det hele bliver \u00e9n stor blanding. <\/ol>\n<ol>4.\tKrydr med salt og peber \u2013 alt efter behov. <\/ol>\n<ol>5.\tTag nu t\u00e6rten ud af ovnen, kom fyldet i og bag den i ca. 20 minutter.<\/ol>\n<ol>6.\tTag t\u00e6rten ud af ovnen, top med mozzarella og bag  den f\u00e6rdig i ca. 15 minutter.<\/ol>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tip!
