Du kan n\u00e6sten tils\u00e6tte alt til din Risotto, men vi elsker den klassiske med svampe, parmesan og frisk persille. Retten kan sagtens st\u00e5 alene, da den ligger godt tungt i maven, men er ogs\u00e5 dejlig med en frisk salat ved siden af. <\/p>\n<h2> Ingredienser <\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li> 1 spsk olivenolie <\/li>\n<li> 1 skalottel\u00f8g, finthakket <\/li>\n<li> 3 fed hvidl\u00f8g eller 2 spsk hvidl\u00f8gsgranulat <\/li>\n<li> 300 g svampe, tyndt sk\u00e5ret, vi foretr\u00e6kker portobello og b\u00f8gehatte <\/li>\n<li> 400 g risotto ris <\/li>\n<li> 1 liter gr\u00f8ntsagsboullion <\/li>\n<li> 200 gram parmesan <\/li>\n<li> 2 dl hvidvin <\/li>\n<li> Frisk persille, til pynt <\/li>\n<li> Salt og peber til smag <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> Tilberedning <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li> Rens svampene og steg dem p\u00e5 en pande med olivenolie, og det finthakkede hvidl\u00f8g <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Find en stor gryde og svits det hakkede skalottel\u00f8g i lidt olie, kom risene i og r\u00f8r rundt i et par minutter ved middelvarme <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t hvidvinen og lad det fordampe ved middelh\u00f8j varme, derefter h\u00e6ldes lidt efter lidt boullionvandet til, mens der r\u00f8res rundt i gryden <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> N\u00e5r risene har opsugt al boullionvandet tils\u00e6ttes de ristede svampe og cirka halvdelen af parmesanen, lad det simre i 5 minutter <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Drys til sidst med hakket persille og resten af parmesan osten<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n<strong> Nyd din cremede og l\u00e6kre svampe risotto med frisk br\u00f8d, hummus, eller med en frisk salat ved siden af, velbekomme :-) <\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Svampe Risotto er altid en sikker vinder, og s\u00e5 savner vi aldrig k\u00f8d n\u00e5r vi serverer den cremede og l\u00e6kre ret.
