Spis dem som de er, eller med p\u00e5l\u00e6g.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">25 gram Chiafr\u00f8<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300 gram butternutsquash<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsk. bagepulver<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">15 gram Fiber husk <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/fiber-husk-2361p.html\" class=\"local-link\">(den gule)<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250 gram Kvark 0,9 % fedt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsk. salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">40 gram <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/kokosfibermel.html\" class=\"local-link\">Kokosfibermel fra Urtekram<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">250 gram k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Bland \u00e6g, k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk og kvark sammen i en sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Hak butternutsquash i en minihakker, eller riv det p\u00e5 et rivejern og kom det i sk\u00e5len.<\/li>\n<li>Kom Chiafr\u00f8, kokosfibermel, salt og bagepulver i og r\u00f8r rundt.<\/li>\n<li>Kom Husk i til sidst og r\u00f8r dejen godt rundt.<\/li>\n<li>Lad dejen tr\u00e6kke i 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader.<\/li>\n<li>Form 10 boller med en ske.<\/li>\n<li>Bag bollerne i ovnen i 50-60 minutter.
