Pr\u00f8v disse Quinoa boller, der er fyldt med blomk\u00e5l og persille, der serveres med en kokos gurkemeje sovs, der f\u00e5r dine smagsl\u00f8g til at synge. <\/p>\n<div id=\"toc_container\" class=\"no_bullets\"><p class=\"toc_title\">Spring til afsnit<\/p><ul class=\"toc_list\"><li><a href=\"#Ingredienser_til_Quinoa_boller\"> Ingredienser til Quinoa boller <\/a><ul><li><a href=\"#Quinoa_Deller\"> Quinoa Deller <\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"#Kokos_gurkemeje_sovs\"> Kokos gurkemeje sovs <\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a href=\"#Tilberedning_af_quinoa_dellerne_og_kokos_gurkemeje_saucen\"> Tilberedning af quinoa dellerne og kokos gurkemeje saucen <\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n<h2><span id=\"Ingredienser_til_Quinoa_boller\"> Ingredienser til Quinoa boller <\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span id=\"Quinoa_Deller\"> Quinoa Deller <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li> 1 revet blomk\u00e5lshoved, fint og dr\u00e6net <\/li>\n<li> 2 \u00bd dl kogt quinoa, skal bruges koldt <\/li>\n<li> 1 stor h\u00e5ndfuld persille, hakkes fint <\/li>\n<li> 1 dl mel, gerne glutenfri fuldkorn eller grahamsmel <\/li>\n<li> 2 \u00e6g <\/li>\n<li> 2 tsk jomfru olivenolie <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 tsk salt <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 tsk kanel <\/li>\n<li> 3 spsk vegetabilsk olie (til at stege quinoa bollerne) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span id=\"Kokos_gurkemeje_sovs\"> Kokos gurkemeje sovs <\/span><\/h3>\n<li> 2 spsk ekstra jomfru olivenolie <\/li>\n<li> 1 mellemstort l\u00f8g, sk\u00e5ret tyndt <\/li>\n<li> 2 fed hvidl\u00f8g <\/li>\n<li> 1 frisk ingef\u00e6r revet (ca. 2 spsk) <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 tsk gurkemeje <\/li>\n<li> 1 knivspids salt &#038; 1 knivspids peber <\/li>\n<li> 1 kop konserves kokosm\u00e6lk <\/li>\n<li> 3 dl gr\u00f8ntsagsbouillon eller vand <\/li>\n<li> 2 spsk lime eller citronsaft <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 kop hakket koriander <\/li>\n<h2><span id=\"Tilberedning_af_quinoa_dellerne_og_kokos_gurkemeje_saucen\"> Tilberedning af quinoa dellerne og kokos gurkemeje saucen <\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Bland alle ingredienserne til quinoabollerne sammen (undtagen olien til stegning) i en stor sk\u00e5l og afk\u00f8les i 20-30 minutter <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> I mellemtiden tilberedes saucen i en stor stegepande, start med at varm olivenolie<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t l\u00f8g og steg ved medium h\u00f8j varme i 7-8 minutter eller indtil gennemskinnelig <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g og ingef\u00e6r og kog i yderligere 2 minutter, tils\u00e6t derefter gurkemeje, salt, og peber og kog i yderligere 2-3 minutter <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t kokosm\u00e6lken, limesaften og bouillonvandet og lad det simre i 5-7 minutter <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t hakket koriander og sluk for varmen <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Steg quinoa bollerne i olien p\u00e5 en stegepande. Steg quinoa bollerne ved medium varme, 5 minutter p\u00e5 hver side <\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> H\u00e6ld quinoa bollerne i saucen og lad dem simre i 10 minutter <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\nDu kan nyde quinoa bollerne som de er, med dip og br\u00f8d, eller med ris eller pasta.
