Der skal anvendes f\u00e5 ingredienser, og man f\u00e5r en sund og velsmagende aftensmad.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3-4 guler\u00f8dder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">\u00bd spidsk\u00e5l<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Lidt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/magasin\/16-ting-du-kan-bruge-kokosolie\/\" class=\"local-link\">kokosolie<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3-4 for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4-6 fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100-150 gram champignon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt, peber og evt. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.helsebixen.dk\/shop\/chiliflager-chipotle-mill-mortar.html\" class=\"local-link\">chiliflager<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">500 gram k\u00f8d, fx hakket oksek\u00f8d, kylling eller skinketern eller strimler<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Smelt kokosolie i en wokpande.<\/li>\n<li>Hak guler\u00f8dder i tynde skiver, og sk\u00e6r spidsk\u00e5l i strimler og kom det over i wokpanden &#8211; steges til at det er m\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g i sm\u00e5 skiver, og kom dem over i panden.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t salt og peber og evt. chili, og r\u00f8r godt rundt i retten.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t k\u00f8d, k\u00f8det skal v\u00e6re f\u00e6rdig stegt inden det kommer over gr\u00f8ntsagerne.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t til sidst champignon, som skal v\u00e6re sk\u00e5ret i halve.<\/li>\n<li>Retten skal st\u00e5 i en 5-10 minutter p\u00e5 middel blus til den er f\u00e6rdig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Her er opskriften p\u00e5 en hurtig, nem og sund aftensmad.
