Den har st\u00e5et lidt i skyggen af den meget fremtr\u00e6dende chia gr\u00f8d, men quinoa gr\u00f8den er mindst lige s\u00e5 god, og s\u00e5 er den m\u00e6ttende og mild om morgenen. <\/p>\n<h2> Ingredienser <\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li> 1dl lys quinoa (M\u00f8rk kan ogs\u00e5 bruges, den er dog mere intens i smagen)<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vand<\/li>\n<li>1 nip salt<\/li>\n<li> 1dl kokosm\u00e6lk eller soyam\u00e6lk <\/li>\n<li> 2 spsk. af din ynglings youghurt eller skyr <\/li>\n<li> 1 tsk honning <\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 banan <\/li>\n<li> Friske b\u00e6r og n\u00f8dder til topping <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2> S\u00e5dan laver du din quinoa gr\u00f8d <\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li> Aftenen f\u00f8r skylles quinoa i vand, og koges med 2 dl vand og et nip salt i omkring 15-17 min.<\/li>\n<li> Stil gr\u00f8den p\u00e5 k\u00f8l natten over <\/li>\n<li> N\u00e6ste morgen blandes den kogte quinoa med m\u00e6lken (efter dit valg) og en \u00bd most banan <\/li>\n<li> Varm gr\u00f8den langsomt op i en gryde, mens du r\u00f8rer grundigt rundt <\/li>\n<li> Tils\u00e6t honning, og varm op til du opn\u00e5r en cremet konsistens <\/li>\n<li> Gr\u00f8den kan sagtens serveres kold, bland blot istedet med kold m\u00e6lk (kun 1\/2 dl) og de \u00f8vrige ingredienser<\/lI>\n<li> Anret gr\u00f8den i en sk\u00e5l eller et glas, tils\u00e6t din ynglings youghurt for at g\u00f8re gr\u00f8den s\u00f8dere (kan undlades) <\/li>\n<li> Til sidst tils\u00e6ttes friske b\u00e6r og n\u00f8dder <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Gr\u00f8den kan alts\u00e5 b\u00e5de serveres kold ligesom chia gr\u00f8den, men smager ogs\u00e5 sk\u00f8nt varm. Da gr\u00f8den godt kan smage lidt neutralt tilf\u00f8jer skyr eller youghurt et pift og en s\u00f8dme til gr\u00f8den.
