Laks er sundt og l\u00e6kkert, og det smager bare helt fantastisk!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\">\n<h3>Ingredienser<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 lakseside 500 &#8211; 700 gram<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 bakke champignon<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 bundt for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 stort hokkaido gr\u00e6skar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">500 gram guler\u00f8dder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 porre<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 gram cherrytomater<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Salt, peber, chiliflager, oregano<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 h\u00e5ndfuld mandler<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 spsk. olivenolie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\">\n<h3>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Skr\u00e6l gr\u00e6skar og guler\u00f8dder.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader varmluft.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r guler\u00f8dder og gr\u00e6skar ud i skiver, gem 1\/4 gr\u00e6skar og 3 guler\u00f8dder.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Gr\u00e6skar kommes p\u00e5 en bageplade bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir og der drysses salt over.<\/li>\n<li>Vend guler\u00f8dderne med 2 spsk. olivenolie, salt og lidt chiliflager. Kommes i et ildfast fad.<\/li>\n<li>Bag guler\u00f8dder og gr\u00e6skar i ovnen i 30-35 minutter, hold \u00f8je med dem.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ldt lidt olie p\u00e5 en pande og begynd at steg laksen, skinnet skal vende nedad, skal st\u00e5 ved middelsvag varme.<\/li>\n<li>Krydr laksen med salt, peber og oregano. Hak mandlerne fx i en minihakker og kom halvdelen ovenp\u00e5 laksen.<\/li>\n<li>Kom det resterende gr\u00e6skar (sk\u00e5ret i sm\u00e5 tern) og guler\u00f8dderne (sk\u00e5ret i sm\u00e5 tern) i en gryde, tils\u00e6t vand og kog til det er m\u00f8rt.<\/li>\n<li>Sk\u00e6r champignon, porre og for\u00e5rsl\u00f8g fint ud og steg det p\u00e5 en pande med cherrytomaterne. Krydr med salt, peber og lidt chiliflager. Tils\u00e6t 1\/4 af mandlerne.
